MUDE is a platform that connects artists with life models for in-person drawing sessions. We provide the technology and infrastructure to facilitate these connections, but we are not responsible for the actions or conduct of our users.

• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our platform

5. Bookings and Payments

Our platform facilitates bookings between artists and models. By making or accepting a booking, you agree to:

• Honor all bookings made through our platform
• Pay the agreed-upon fee for services
• Pay our platform fee for facilitating the connection
• Comply with our cancellation and refund policies

We use third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions. By using our platform, you agree to comply with their terms of service as well.

6. Content Ownership and License

You retain all ownership rights to any content you submit to our platform, including profile information, portfolio images, and communications. By submitting content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in connection with providing our services.

7. Intellectual Property

Our platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MUDE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms of Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MUDE, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our platform
• Any content obtained from our platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
